MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KEITH STARRETT, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment [# 38]. Because the Plaintiff has failed to raise a genuine issue of material fact for any of his claims against the Defendants, the motion for summary judgment should be granted.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
Robert E. McLendon unloaded trucks for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (“Wal-Mart”) in Columbia. While working a truck in December of 2003, McLendon slipped off a pallet and twisted his knee. McLendon had a history of knee problems, but had not suffered an aggravation for…
