In this appeal, Constance Worley 1 (Plaintiff) asks whether the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County 2 (trial court) erred in denying her post-trial motion seeking a new trial after a jury verdict in favor of the County of Delaware (County) and its employee, Michael Gura (Gura) (collectively, Defendants). A jury found that Gura was not negligent in this suit arising from a motor vehicle accident between Plaintiff and Gura, who was operating a County-owned truck.
