Homer Ferguson, Judge:

Tried by general court-martial, the accused was found guilty of six specifications of larceny, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921, and sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority disapproved the findings of guilty with respect to three of the specifications but found the sentence adjudged appropriate.
