This is an appeal from an order denying appellants’ motion to quash a writ of assistance issued by the district judge in the above-entitled cause, directing the sheriff of Fremont county to remove appellants from the NE. of sec. 13, T. 15 N., R. 42 E., B. M., and to deliver said premises into the possession of S. M. Nixon.
