Gordon M. Becker (Dr. Becker) a former employee of the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), appeals from an order entered in the United States District Court 1 for the District of Nebraska in favor of UNO dismissing Dr. Becker’s Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) retaliation claim, 29 U.S.C. § 626 et seq.
