Shirley A. Williams appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas in favor of her employer Little Rock Municipal Water Works (Water Works). 155 F.R.D. 188. The district court granted Water Works’ motion for summary judgment and denied Williams leave to amend her complaint and her request for a continuance.
