This Court recently issued an Order to Show Cause directing Plaintiff Timothy Naegele (“Naegele”) to address two points. First, the Court ordered Naegele to respond to its belief that a stay of this action seemed appropriate in view of the parallel California litigation between Naegele and Defendants Deanna J. Albers and Raymond H. Albers II (collectively, “the Albers”), presently pending in the California Court of Appeal.
