TMs is an action in unlawful detainer brougM in the municipal court of St. Paul, commenced August 12, 1955. Plaintiff was at the time the owner of a property known as 618 Eondo Street in the city of St. Paul. The defendant had been a tenant of the property, holding from month to month. On August 12, 1955, plaintiff served defendant with a notice to quit the premises on or before September 14,1955.
