This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand [7-1], Plaintiffs’ Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions [12-1], and Defendant’s Motion to File a Supplemental Memorandum of Law in Support of Opposition to Plaintiffs Motion to Remand [24— 1].
