This is a workmen’s compensation case. The compensation carrier appeals from a judgment awarding compensation, rendered upon verdict of the jury.

The employee was Virgil Vaughn, who was fifteen years of age at the time of the accident. His mother is the plaintiff. On July 30, 1941, Virgil was employed at Sheppard Field, near Wichita Falls, as a water boy. While working above the ceiling of a building under construction, he fell through the ceiling to the floor below, a distance of twelve feet.
