On August 26, 1930, J. W. Burnett, while in the course of his employment as an employee of Estelle Oil Company, was injured by a stroke on his forehead. Plaintiff in error, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, was the compensation insurance carrier. Burnett’s claim for compensation was regularly acted upon by the Industrial Accident Board and an appeal taken to the district court, where- he was awarded judgment for total permanent disability.
