This is an original proceeding for a writ of prohibition to restrict respondent from enforcing a contempt order imposing a fine of $1,000 upon petitioner.

In two consolidated actions, by agreed judgments petitioner was enjoined from doing certain acts in connection with its quarrying operations which had caused damage to the plaintiffs in those actions.
