CRIST, Presiding Judge.

Husband appeals from the denial of his motion to set aside a dissolution decree for the alleged failure of the circuit clerk to comply with Rule 74.78. We affirm.

A review of the record discloses the following: Wife filed her petition for dissolution on October 3, 1984. Interrogatories were served on husband’s lawyer on November 2, 1984. The interrogatories were not answered, and on April 4, 1985, husband’s lawyer was notified wife had filed a Motion to Compel Answers to Interrogatories which was to be heard on May 14, 1985.
