COVINGTON, Chief Justice.

This case arises from a dissolution of marriage proceeding initiated by Katherine M. Cotleur against Andrew C. Danziger. Ms. Cotleur appealed from an order overruling a motion to set aside the judgment entered in the dissolution proceeding. The issues are whether the judgment entered in the case was a default judgment, and whether the attorney in the case abandoned his client so that his inexcusable neglect would not be attributable to the client.
