In this suit in trespass, plaintiff, Mrs. Elizabeth Chidester, a widow, sued to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of the negligence of defendant, City of Pittsburgh. After verdict in favor of plaintiff, the discharge of defendant’s motions for new trial and judgment n. o. v., and the entry of judgment on the verdict, defendant appealed, assigning as error the discharge of its motion for judgment.
