The Director of Revenue (“Director”) appeals from the judgment of the trial court reinstating the driving privileges of Christopher Henry Foster (“Foster”). We affirm.
On November 17, 2004, Officer Shawn Able (“Officer Able”), with the Lake of the Ozarks Police Department, was dispatched to Taco Bell in Osage Beach, to assist officers at the scene of an assault.
