The Director of Revenue (Director) appeals from the judgment setting aside the suspension of Sheila Hopkins-Barken’s driving privileges. We reverse and remand.

On August 22, 1999, a Maryland Heights police officer arrested Hopkins-Barken for driving while intoxicated. Hopkins-Bark-en consented to a breath test. The test showed a blood alcohol content of .107. An administrative hearing officer upheld Director’s suspension of Hopkins-Barken’s driving privileges.
