The Director of Revenue (“the Director”) revoked the driver’s license of Kindra L. Snider (“Respondent”) for one year after she refused to submit to a chemical test pursuant to section 577.041 1 to determine her blood alcohol content. Respondent then filed a petition for review with the trial court and, following a hearing, the trial court entered a judgment ordering the Director to reinstate Respondent’s driver’s license.
