JUNELL, Justice.

Appellant appeals from the trial court’s judgment modifying and correcting an Award of Arbitrator(s). We find the trial court erred by modifying the arbitrator’s award and reverse and render.

Appellant asserts nine points of error. In his first point of error, appellant argues the trial court erred by modifying and correcting the arbitrator’s award. In his fourth point of error, appellant complains the trial court erred by failing to confirm the award and enter judgment in accordance with the arbitrator’s award.
