This action was brought by Joseph B. Smith, of Seattle, to recover for the reasonable value of services rendered as an attorney at law. The trial, without a jury, resulted in findings of fact and conclusions of law upon which judgment was entered in his favor in the sum of $4,500. The defendant, Mrs. Lydia Y. Kneisley, appealed, after her motion for a new trial was denied.
