This is an equity proceeding to set aside and cancel a deed and land contract between plaintiffs and defendants.

The property involved in this suit is an 80-aere farm in China township, St. Clair county, and it has been farmed and occupied since October, 1930, by plaintiffs Frank B. Geel and wife. Prior to October, 1930, the farm was owned by Emma E. Porter and was sold on land contract to one Gerber. On October 14, 1930, the defendant James L. Valiquett, who was a Detroit real estate broker, arranged a deal whereby Emma E. Porter deeded the farm to Sidney Valiquett who executed a purchase…
