"While traveling on "United States highway No. 42 in Kentucky in an automobile, Mrs. Justine Phillips •observed lights of a motor vehicle coming around a slight curve on the highway. She slowed down to about 30 miles an hour, dimmed her lights, and operated her automobile to the, right side of the road with one or more of the wheels off the concrete on the berm.
