Reversing.

This action was filed by the appellant, Ruth Puller Rabold, against the appellee, Edward A. Uonyer, to recover for personal injuries and car damage alleged to have been sustained in a collision between appellant’s car and the ear of appellee, driven by his 17-year old son, James G-onyer. Appellee counterclaimed for damages to his car and the jury returned a verdict for him on the counterclaim in the sum of $275.
