Affirming.
On tlie evening of February 7, 1940, at about 5 o ’clock P. M., Miss Mary Herndon drove lier automobile from ber office in tbe post office building in Frankfort toward ber borne in Georgetown. At 4:30 P. M. omtbe same evening Miss Frances Stark, whose borne was in Louisville, received a money order telegram in Georgetown. At 10 minutes after 5 that evening tbe automobiles in wbicli Miss Herndon and Miss Stark were riding collided at a point one and seven-tentbs miles distant from Frankfort and approximately sixteen and one-balf miles…
