HANCOCK, District Judge.

This action in admiralty was filed March 7, 1948 upon a libel in personam accompanied by a prayer for foreign attachment

The respondent Compañía Transmari-tima Colombiana was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia. As *275such incorporated company it was the registered owner of two vessels; namely, The Cali and The Alacran, which registration was likewise in the Republic of Colombia.
