Before me is a motion seeking preliminary review 1 of a settlement agreement resolving two putative class actions 2 against Boston Scientific Corporation (“Boston Scientific” or the “Company”) and alleged fiduciaries 3 of Boston Scientific Corporation’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (the “Plan”) (collectively, the “Defendants”).
