MARTIN J. MANSUR,* Judge.

Appellant insurer challenges the district court’s grant of summary judgment. The district court determined that the St. Paul Preferred Protection Plan (the policy) provides coverage for loss sustained by respondent of monies that represented employees’ contributions for social security benefits that were paid by respondent to its payroll vendor *129and were misappropriated by the vendor who went bankrupt. We affirm.
