This matter is before the court on the adversary complaint filed by First National Bank (“FNB”) against Farris D. Sansom (“Debtor”) seeking to find a $206,347.81 pre-petition judgment nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B). 1 The issue was first before the court on summary judgment motions. The court held that FNB was collaterally estopped from challenging the state court’s findings that the debtor did not intend to defraud the bank.
