MEMORANDUM OPINION 1
JUDITH K. FITZGERALD, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the court is a Second Amended Complaint Seeking Denial of Discharge of Debt Under Bankruptcy Code Section 523 and Other Relief filed on behalf of Peoples Thrift Savings Bank. 2 Count I of the Second Amended Complaint objects to dischargeability of debt under § 523(a)(2)(B). 3 The “Other Relief’ referred to is an objection to discharge under § 727(a)(3) and (a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code stated in Count II of the Second Amended Complaint (“Complaint”).
