These consolidated putative class actions involve claims that a Brazilian petrochemical company’s failure to disclose its long-*741running bribery scheme violated federal securities law. Plaintiffs are purchasers of purchasers of U.S.-traded securities of Braskem S.A. (“Braskem”) between July 15, 2010, and March 11, 2015 (the “Class Period”).
