This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County, dismissing an alternative writ of mandate and denying a peremptory writ of mandate sought by Petitioner and Appellant, Casmalia School District (sometimes hereinafter referred to as "School District”), against Respondent, Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Barbara (sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Board”), to compel said Board to sell an $80,000 bond issue of the School District, and to have declared invalid a change of boundaries of the School District ordered by said Board.
