¶ 1 Appellant, Mark Tomey, appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed by the Honorable Stephen Linebaugh of the York County Court of Common Pleas after he found Appellant guilty of the summary offense of cruelty to animals. 1 Specifically, Appellant challenges whether the Commonwealth presented sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Appellant wantonly and cruelly deprived his Siberian Huskies of access to clean and sanitary shelter.
