OPINION OP THE COURT

PARKER, J.

Plaintiff in error, Santiago Meraz, brought this action below for malicious prosecution against the National Life Insurance Company, E. T. Chase, and Florentino'Valencia. At .the close of plaintiff’s case, on motion, a verdict was instructed for defendants in error, and from the judgment entered thereon this writ of error is sued out.
