OPINION
ENSLEN, District Judge.
The matters before the Court are defendants’ motions to dismiss and to strike. The defendants raise substantially the same arguments in their separate motions; accordingly, the Court will address the motions together.
FACTS
Defendants are dairy companies and some of their acting or former executives. Plaintiffs are Michigan area public school districts, represented ex relatione by the State of Michigan and the Attorney General.
