The defendant, Leonard A. Zoll, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered on his postjudgment motion to modify the terms of his alimony obligations to the plaintiff, Nancy J. Zoll. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court (1) entered several improper orders prior to disposing of his motion to modify alimony, (2) improperly sustained the plaintiffs objection to his requests for admission, (3) rendered an improper judgment on his motion to modify alimony and (4) improperly found him in contempt of court.
