The defendant, Juan Esteban Chavarro, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying his motion, filed pursuant to General Statutes § 54-lj, to vacate the judgment and to withdraw his plea of guilty in connection with the charge of possession of marijuana with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (b).
