MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALEXANDER WILLIAMS, JR., District Judge.
Plaintiff brought this action against Defendant for breach of contract related to the lease of Plaintiffs property. Currently pending before the Court are Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 23), and Plaintiffs Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment pursuant to Rule 56(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Doc. No. 25).
