Defendant Andrea Routh, who has been sued in her Official Capacity as an Employee of the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families, has moved to dismiss plaintiffs complaint on two grounds. 2 First, she argues that this Court lacks jurisdiction over plaintiffs Title VII claims against her because she was not named in the discrimination charges filed with the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (“CCHRO”) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
