Loren Faibisch appeals the district court’s grant of the defendants’ motion to dismiss. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part. 2

Faibisch is a legally blind woman who worked at the National Center on Educational Outcomes (the Center) at the University of Minnesota. Her supervisor at the Center was defendant Dr. James Ys-seldike. At various times during her employment, Faibisch requested accommodations necessary for her to perform her job.
