Plaintiff Margaret Miner (“Miner”) brings this action seeking damages and other relief in connection with alleged sexual harassment and retaliatory conduct in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act (“CFEPA”), ConmGemStat. § 46a-60.
