OPINION
IRENAS, District Judge:
This is an age, race, and national origin discrimination action brought by Farid S. Khair against his employer Campbell Soup Company (“Campbell”) alleging discriminatory transfer, failure to promote, and retaliation claims under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.; 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“§ 1981”); and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”), N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq.
