Currently before the Court is petitioner Urban Outfitters, Inc.’s Amended Petition To Enforce Subpoena. Urban Outfitters seeks to discover documents in the possession of DPIC Companies, Inc. (“DPIC”), an insurance company located in Illinois, that relate to DPIC’s insured, Mary Swanson and Swanson Design Studios, and work performed by the insured at 117-119 East Grand River Avenue, East Lansing, Michigan.
