Plaintiff Miyano Machinery USA, Inc. (“MMU”) is suing MiyanoHitee Machinery, Inc., Thomas (“Tom”) Miyano and Steven Miyano for trademark infringement, cybers-quatting, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, and declaratory judgment with respect to certain marks which are used with machine tools and as service marks.
