Gallagher, Chief Justice.

Action under the disability provisions of a life insurance policy to recover monthly disability annuities and a premium paid by plaintiff on the policy during the period of the alleged disability. There was a verdict for plaintiff for $3,125.52. Defendant’s alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial was denied, and defendant appeals from the judgment entered upon the verdict.
