The action was for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff when hit by an automobile at the intersection of Myrtle and Sixth streets in the city of Stillwater on December 31, 1944, at approximately 9:00 p. m. Sixth street, running north and south, comes to a "dead end" at Myrtle street and forms a "T" intersection.
