Appeal from Wapello Cirewit Court. On the 27th day of September, 1875, at Ottumwa, the plaintiff obtained from- defendant a contract of insurance as follows: “Railway Passengers’ Assurance Go., of Hartford, Conn.., Station No. 458. $3000. This policy will be good for one day, commencing -with the hour of date, and is subject to provisions of the contract on the back hereof.”
