CAMPBELL, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Central lee Cream Company, an Illinois Corporation, brings this suit against Golden Rod Ice Cream Company, an Illinois Corporation, alleging conduct by defendant company damaging plaintiff’s business in violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 1), the Clayton Act (15 U.S.C.A. § 13), the Robinson-Patman Act (15 U.S.C.A. §§ 13a and 13b), the Civil Rights Act (42 U.S.C.A. § 1985(3)) and the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C.A. § 1753).
