SOPER, Circuit Judge.

At the suit of the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor, the District Court found that the Hamlet Ice Company had failed in the course of its business to abide by the wage, hour and record keeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 1060, §§ 6, 7 and 11(c), 29. U.S.C.A. §§ 206, 207 and 211(c), and had violated the prohibitions of the Act which require conformity with these standards, §§ 15(a) (1), 15 (a) (2) and 15(a) (5), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 215(a) (1), 215(a) (2) and 215 (a) (5).
