This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an order sustaining a general demurrer to her complaint. The material allega.tions thereof are: The plaintiff’s assignor, John Carlson, gave a mortgage to the defendant on a lot in Minneapolis, with a dwelling house thereon, to secure a debt of $6,000, and, at his own expense, procured and delivered to the defendant a policy of fire insurance on the dwelling house.
