This is an appeal in connection with a real estate sales contract.
We note from the outset that the present appeal marks the third time that this case has appeared before this court, and for this reason we shall recount the facts only in outline form. Readers who desire greater detail are referred to our opinions in Cook v. Brown, 393 So.2d 1016 (Ala.Civ.App. 1981), and Cook v. Brown, 408 So.2d 143 (Ala.Civ.App. 1981).
